Joe’s Cancellation/No-Show Policy

• If you need to cancel with MORE than 2 hours notice, please feel free to do so from your confirmation email, or by clicking here.

• If you must cancel with LESS than 2 hours notice, please call the shop BEFORE doing so online. This ensures I’m able to fill any openings while giving other customers ample opportunity to make that appointment. 

• If you don't show up or cancel with less than 1 hour before the booking time, you will be charged 100% of the total booking cost, at my discretion. Again, please call if you find yourself unable to make your appointment on short notice.
